Shelby Rees is DECA's partnership manager. In this role, she is responsible for a portfolio of partners to enhance their engagement and drive mutually beneficial outcomes for both the partner and DECA. In addition, Shelby manages exhibitor opportunities and activities at DECA’s educational conferences.
Prior to joining DECA, she served as an exhibits specialist for three years at the National Business Aviation Association, where she supported the planning and execution of large-scale trade shows and conferences in the business aviation industry. Shelby has experience in exhibit floor layouts, exhibitor operations and on-site event management.
Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
Shelby has worked for DECA since 2026.
