Jennifer has led an impressive career as a multifaceted leader within the retail industry. Over the past 20 years she has built and developed teams to drive profitable businesses through elevating client experience, improving operational processes, and creating highly engaging visual spaces. In addition to her tenure in General Management, she has a professional footprint in Visual Management, Merchandising, Project Management and Talent Recruitment & Development. Outside of her retail career, Jennifer has worked in the print and publication industry in graphic design, print production and art direction.

Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, as well as a minor in business from the University of Tennessee.
