Education Manager
Hollianne Sprowl is DECA’s education manager. In this role, she leads the design and implementation of educational resources, advisor professional learning series and programs to support local chapter advisors. She also leads DECA’s student leadership development framework that advances DECA’s mission of preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.
Prior to joining DECA, Hollianne served as a marketing teacher and DECA advisor in Massachusetts for six years, leading a thriving chapter and guiding students to success at the district, state and international levels, even earning DECA glass at the International Career Development Conference. Prior to teaching, Hollianne worked for a Chamber of Commerce, building partnerships between local businesses and community initiatives. As a former DECA member herself, Hollianne is passionate about empowering students and advisors through innovative programs that connect classroom learning to real-world application.
Hollianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Lynn University in Florida and a Massachusetts license in Career and Technical Education for Marketing.
Hollianne has worked for DECA since 2026.
