With an understanding of budgeting, credit and financial planning, you’ll be better prepared to make wise financial decisions.
DECA members are well-advised to seek out strong mentors early in their career to provide support, advice, and endorsement. Professionals with mentors are promoted more quickly and earn more than their peers. In this module, learn the value of mentoring and coaching skills in the corporate environment and why it’s necessary to find a mentor you can trust in both college and your career.
