Operations is managing a business, so it runs as efficiently as possible. Operations is key to running a business that’s always getting better and better at what it does. By taking a look at how a business is run and asking questions about existing processes, employees can define and optimize what operations mean for the business.

At the conclusion of this session, students will be able to:
