COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
The Communications + Marketing Team promotes and protects DECA’s brand by engaging a variety of audiences, including members, nonmembers, advisors, schools, corporate partners, and the public. The team works closely with all other departments as well as external stakeholders to ensure accurate, consistent messaging to support DECA’s mission, build brand awareness, foster new industry connections, empower members and increase DECA’s overall impact. Acting as an in-house agency, DECA’s Communications + Marketing Team develops brand materials, designs marketing collateral, manages websites and social media, creates print and digital publications, and leads public relations efforts.

As a member of the Communications + Marketing Team, the Communications Manager will be responsible for many of DECA Inc.’s internal and external communications efforts. The ideal candidate is energetic and excited to join a collaborative team. CONTROLLER
The Controller for DECA Inc. will provide support for the Executive Director in coordinating the financial planning and budget management functions. This position will also oversee organization budget and financial transactions, including payroll, AP/AR and analyze and identify opportunities to achieve greater financial efficiencies and internal control processes.

The Program Assistant is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day and administrative logistics for the Chief Program Officer and the programs department as directed. STUDENT PROGRAM MANAGER
The Programs Team is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the areas of program development, member services, conferences and professional learning for both the high school and collegiate division. The Programs Team also works with educational partners and represents DECA at education-related events.

In collaboration with DECA’s Chief Program Officer, the Student Program Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of all student educational programs for both high school and college divisions. The ideal candidate is energetic and excited to join a collaborative team.
