Association Services Manager
Rebecca Cox joins the DECA staff as the Association Services Manager. In collaboration with DECA’s Chief Program Officer, the Association Services Manager is responsible for managing the high quality and timely delivery of services at the association level and to support the chapter level for both high school and college divisions. Rebecca will serve as a primary point of contact for chartered association advisors of both the high school and collegiate divisions. In her previous role as the Association for Career & Technical Education, Rebecca cultivated strong working relationships with state leaders and their staff to help determine member program needs and services. She also oversaw the recruitment of new members, the retention of existing members, as well as the successful implementation of membership programs and the tracking and reporting of member data. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ithaca College.
