How Employees Can Engage with DECA
There are several ways to get involved with DECA at the local level. The most popular way is to judge at state-level conferences, where you can gain direct exposure to the talent within your particular state. Additionally, you can adopt/sponsor a local DECA chapter where you cannot only provide monetary support, but also serve as a business liaison. Business liaisons can provide direction on student projects for the school year, as well as provide a business partnership within the community that the students can utilize to market their creative and business ideas.
