This gives Saunders graduates the ability to differentiate themselves successfully, within a crowded job market.

Plus, with strong corporate connections built through a strong tradition of cooperative education, Saunders delivers an applied curriculum that prepares students to be career-ready DAY ONE upon graduation. The result’s a perfect match for employers and a 94% placement rate.

This allows students to develop a unique personal brand that stands out in the job market upon graduation, while creating tomorrow’s businesses and careers.

DAY ONE: CONNECTED

By design, Saunders is built to give students the attention and guidance they need throughout their program. The largest classroom at Saunders seats only 40 students, guaranteeing small class sizes. And, with low student-to-faculty ratios, our faculty is highly accessible and committed to the personal success of each student. Plus, all classes are taught by faculty members, while each student gets a dedicated team of advisors including: academic, career, financial aid, and a faculty advisor.

Saunders College of Business is one of nine colleges at Rochester Institute of Technology and is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International (AACSB). Recognized and ranked, Saunders is home to more than 1,000 enrolled undergraduate and graduate students.
