As a required part of all undergraduate business programs here at Saunders, students will complete some sort of experiential learning while at RIT (1 semester or two summers). You will work with your advisor to determine your options, plan your schedule, and find the right opportunity for you. Saunders College of Business students are supported by dedicated Career Counselors. They serve as your personal coach assisting you in reaching your career goals. How Employees Can Engage with DECA

Employees at Saunders College of Business at RIT can serve as volunteer judges for DECA competitions at the local, regional, or national level. Employees can also be an expert reference/mentor for DECA members looking for subject matter expertise. Additionally, employees can become advisors for a new Collegiate DECA chapter at Saunders College.
