DECA PARTNERSHIP

Northwood University is committed to the most personal attention to prepare students for success in their careers and in their communities; it promotes critical thinking skills, personal effectiveness, and the importance of ethics, individual freedom and responsibility. Private, nonprofit, and accredited, Northwood University specializes in managerial and entrepreneurial education at a full-service, residential campus located in mid-Michigan.

Northwood University has been an active DECA member since 1984 and entered into a more formal partnership with the organization in early 2014.

In addition to serving on DECA’s National Advisory Board and advertising in DECA’s publications and on social media, our partnership enables Northwood University to serve as an exhibitor at key events, including the International Career Development Conference, all of which bring the Northwood University brand to tens-of-thousands of potential students and high school teachers and counselors.
