Lexy Parsons

Your DECA Southern Region Vice President, Lexy Parsons, is a passionate and driven four-year DECA member from Hampton, Virginia.

Lexy has served as a chapter officer, Virginia DECA association officer and as a DECA Direct Social Media Correspondent. As an association officer, Lexy worked hard to improve communication between members through social media, increase participation in community service activities and drive networking among members.

Lexy discovered her passion for DECA after she experienced first hand how DECA allows its members to grow and meet their full potential as leaders and individuals. In addition to DECA, Lexy enjoys volunteering within her community, running, sailing, backpacking, and traveling to new and exciting places.

Lexy will attend the University of Mary Washington in Fredricksburg, Va., while serving as SRVP. She plans to major in marketing and minor in communications. DECA has sparked her passion for marketing and is what drives her future career goals. Lexy is truly honored to serve DECA and each and every one of its members this upcoming year.
