Chuck Beatty

As a project manager in DECA’s Communications Department, Chuck designs DECA Direct, the magazine, maintains and updates DECA Direct Online, keeps DECA’s website up-to-date and designs publications for all of DECA’s departments. Some of Chuck’s major projects include the annual DECA Guide and the high school ICDC program.

Chuck is an award-winning graphic designer and photographer who began his career at DECA in 1999 designing products, DECA Related Materials and catalogs for DECA Images, the corporate poster series for the Marketing Department and the ICDC program and other publications for Collegiate DECA.

In 2005, Chuck transitioned to working primarily for the high school division, where he designs the DECA Guide and various conference programs. In 2008, Chuck took on the responsibility of designing DECA Dimensions magazine, now DECA Direct.

Chuck has a bachelor’s of science from Baylor University and a master’s of science from the University of Wyoming.
