Jeff Collins

Jeff Collins is the assistant executive director of DECA’s collegiate division, where he provides leadership in the areas of program development, member services, leadership programs, conferences and events for more than 15,000 members and 200 chapters.

Jeff is a two-time graduate of Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, having received both a bachelor of science in marketing education and a master of education in supervision. While at Bowling Green, Jeff served as a national officer of DECA’s Collegiate Division and completed his master’s thesis research, for which he earned the Neil E. Vivian Research Award for contributions to the field of marketing education.

Since graduating from Bowling Green, Jeff has authored articles on ethics in marketing and the impact of student organizations on teaching excellence at the college level. Jeff taught marketing and served as a DECA advisor prior to joining the DECA Inc. staff in 1994.
