DECA chapters have the ability to secure local business sponsorship through an advertising presence on their respective sites. PlanetHS is designed to give students a sampling of the on-line advertising market as they evaluate college majors and career paths.

Instant communication and scheduling from national organizations (such as DECA) to state associations, local chapter advisors and to students and parents alike is supported on the PlanetHS platform. These communications are sent conveniently through fully documented email & SMS text messaging, which eliminates the complexities of scheduling and lowers the financial burden on limited school and chapter funds. Events are automatically updated on electronic calendars on iPhone, Android and Blackberry smartphones, as well as Outlook.
