	You'll be helping students prepare for successful careers.
	Students have worked all year to qualify for international competition.
	It's easy to judge. Registered judges receive detailed information in the mail and a thorough judge training is held on site before competition begins.

	There are competitions in a range of industries including advertising, entrepreneurship, fashion, finance, hospitality, international marketing, restaurant, e-commerce, retail, sales and more…

As a judge, you will participate in role–play activities during which students will act out their solutions to real business–world situations. You will then evaluate the students' performances using a brief, easy–to–complete evaluation form.

DECA Inc., An Association of Marketing Students: Over 185,000 high school and college students pursuing careers in marketing, management and entrepreneurship. DECA is the companion organization to over 5,000 marketing education programs nationwide. DECA's International CDC is an annual conference where students compete in marketing occupation-based competitive events for national recognition.
