	Students have worked all year to qualify for international competition.
	It's easy to judge. Registered judges receive detailed information in the mail and a thorough judge training is held on site before competition begins.

As a judge, you will participate in role–play activities during which students will act out their solutions to real business–world situations. You will then evaluate the students' performances using a brief, easy–to–complete evaluation form.

DECA is the companion organization to over 5,000 marketing education programs nationwide. DECA's International Career Development Conference is an annual conference where students compete in occupation-based competitive events for national recognition.
