DECA Entrepreneurship Best Practices to Enhance Student Achievement Institute

Who Should Attend

This institute is designed for teachers of business, marketing, finance, hospitality and entrepreneurship courses. Advising a DECA chapter is not a prerequisite.

Why Attend

The institute will provide participants with strategies to enhance entrepreneurship instruction in addition to expanding community and peer relations. Institute participants will receive:

Institute Location

The Best Practices Institute for Educational Excellence is held at Johnson & Wales University in North Miami, Florida.

Registration and Hotel Information

$400 registration fee includes three nights lodging with two per room*, training materials, eight meals and transportation to/from the airport and institute sessions. Single rooms are available for an additional $225 upgrade charge.

*Participants are responsible for securing roommates. When possible, DECA will assist in connecting registrants who wish to share a room. When one person per room, the single rate applies.

Institute sessions will be conducted on the Johnson & Wales University campus with accommodations at a nearby hotel. Complimentary transportation provided from hotel to Johnson & Wales University campus.
