High School ICDC-Qualifying Written Entry Submissions Due

Deadline for DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) qualifiers to upload written entry submissions through the online competition submission portal.
The following competitive events contain a written component that must be uploaded by the deadline.

- Finance Operations Research FOR

- Franchise Business Plan EFB
- Hospitality and Tourism Operations Research HTOR
- Independent Business Plan EIB
- Innovation Plan EIP
- Integrated Marketing Campaign–Event IMCE
- Integrated Marketing Campaign–Product IMCP
- Integrated Marketing Campaign–Service IMCS
- International Business Plan IBP
- Sales Project PMSP
- Sports and Entertainment Marketing Operations Research SEOR

For competitors in written events, the submission window will open at 10:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Written entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. of your respective time zone on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. DECA advisors must also log in to verify submissions prior to the deadline.

- All participants and written entries must be approved and authorized for entering competition by their chartered association through official competitive events registration forms.
- All participants and written entries must meet the specifications set forth for each activity.
- All entry forms and creative entries must be submitted by the chartered association advisor or designee according to announced deadlines.
- A written entry may not be entered in more than one ICDC competitive event during a given year.
- Once a written entry is entered in ICDC competition, the identical content material may not be entered in ICDC competition again.
- All written entries must include a signed copy of DECA’s Written Event Statement of Assurances and Academic Integrity
