Whether it was riding the Incredible Hulk or competing in an event, this year’s ICDC was definitely one to remember. For me, my dreams became reality as I was elected your 2011-2012 Southern Region Vice President. I would personally like to thank you for your support during this year’s national officer election. I know this upcoming year is filled with a highly dedicated state action team, who will take National DECA to the next level. As your newly elected Southern Region Vice President, I would like to thank you for your undivided support of this wonderful association.

But can you believe it? We have found an end to the 2010-2011 school year. For those seniors who are counting down the days until graduation, make this time worthwhile. For some, there are only days left of this school year and time continues to fly by. I truly hope each of you had a fun, exciting and safe school year. Seniors, good luck on your future endeavors, whether it attending college, starting a job or even earning an internship; I am positive DECA has prepared you for whatever you will undergo. For those underclassmen continuing DECA next year, I look forward to working and meeting with you throughout the year! Once again, thank you for supporting my dreams; I am honored to serve this amazing organization.
