This past week I had the opportunity to hear a great man of wisdom, and his message was simply: Don’t let the setbacks of 2010 affect your life in 2011. Life is like a trip you take and you have to be careful not to over pack. Some things in our lives, as leaders, are unnecessary to hold on to. In 2011 focus on what makes you better. So, as you transition into a new year remember to “PACK LIGHT”!
