Hello DECA!
My apologies for not updating lately; my computer has been on the fritz! Aside from that, I have been very busy after having an AMAZING time in Iowa and Tennessee! It has been so great having DECA season finally starting. I am getting so excited for the upcoming month with the Power Trip, Central Region, and the New York Experience! I hope to meet as many of you as I can. Remember that the team and I are here for you. If there is anything we can do to help you out in any way we will always be here. Come and introduce yourself to us!
For CRLC, Paige and I will be there. She will be doing an awesome workshop on goal setting; and for those of you interested in running for National Office, I will be doing a workshop to hopefully help you make your decision on what position to run for, or even just to run! It will be a lot of fun, so I hope to see many of you there!
The Power Trip is looking to be a spectacular conference! Brennan, Aramis, Nate and I will be there to meet as many members as possible and we are all ready to Expand our Networks with you!
As for what I have been doing lately, I just got back from Tennessee after a 10- day event, and if you have never been, I strongly encourage you to check it out. I fell in love with the beautiful scenery and I can’t get enough of the “Southern Hospitality.” Also, it was my first experience with real bbq and sweet tea! I think I may be addicted, ha!
I said this last month and I’ll say it again: thank you to everyone who has given me this opportunity. It has been life changing for me! There is no way to express my gratitude to you! I look forward to meeting as many of you as I can! Be sure to follow DECA on Facebook and add me as a friend!
