Ready, Set, Thrive

WOW….ICDC 2012 in Salt Lake City was an experience of a lifetime. Sights such as the snow-capped mountains, around 15,000 DECA members, and the Jabbawockeez’ performance were just a few highlights of the conference!

Another highlight was the opportunity to meet members from the North Atlantic Region. Everyone was so positive about their association; it made it really enjoyable to speak with everyone. I’m so happy to serve you this coming year!

The National Officer Team is already off to work! We’re contacting our associations, planning conferences, writing speeches, and so much more! We’re all really looking forward to Officer Training in D.C. this July where we will be able to work on our POW and bond as team members! We’re also headed to L.A., California where we hope to meet with your association officers and help with your goals for the upcoming year! It’s going to be a lot of fun!

Keep up your DECA spirit these last few weeks of school! Just think how much you have accomplished this year! Whether it is with your family and friends, in DECA or other athletics or other organizations…..keep up the great work and always strive for more!
